• You are responsible for return shipping cost, but we will ship out your first exchange free of charge. (*International customers are responsible for shipping both directions.)
  • A second exchange on the same order will result in a shipping cost back to you between $7-$10.
  • International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please consult a sizing expert before completing your purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in New Condition for full refund or exchange credit. If the item(s) arrive in any other than "new condition" a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price) will be charged, or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.
  • If the price discrepancy is +/- $3.00 we will not charge you nor refund the difference.

  • Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Orchard Corset.
  • Items over 30 days will be offered a gift certificate minus a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price).
  • Items over 90 days will not be accepted for either a refund or a gift certificate.
  • Items with a panty are not able to be returned for sanitary reasons.
  • Laces are made to order and may not be returned.


  • All in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday ship same day when ordered by 5PM EST (2PM PST).
  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.
  • FedEX orders after 5PM EST will be shipped next business day. Orders placed Friday after 5PM EST will not ship until the following business day (Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times, but provide estimates as provided by our carriers (Fedex and USPS).
  • Packages are shipped in discreet packaging.
  • We offer free and expedited (at a discount) shipping options for domestic (US) using FedEx or USPS priority and FedEx or USPS for international customers. We also offer APC E-packet to Canada.
  • We offer FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING in the US. Upgrades are available at a discounted rate and will ship either Express Saver or Priority Mail.
  • Fedex Overnight options are also available and price is determined at checkout based on weight in real time.
  • Split shipments are available to customers at no additional charge. However orders using Coupon Codes for buying 2 or more items are not eligible for free split shipments.
  • We recommend adding the Signature Required option for all orders shipped to apartment buildings-really cheap insurance!
  • We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep that were delivered by the carrier.
  • Shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout and assessed in real time.
  • Please be advised that many countries charge a duty or tax on products coming in from the US. Check with your local customs agency for details.
  • Delivery times vary from country to country. We offer deeply discounted  FedEx rates. For USPS options,  we provide estimates based on USPS delivery estimates. PLEASE NOTE these time estimates do NOT include time held up in customs. 
  • There are a handful of countries we are unable to ship to due to a high rate of fraud. Our Customer Service Department has a complete list.
