      • Please be sure to reach out to Customer Service first if you have any questions about the fit of your corset!
      • All corsets must be returned in their new, original condition.
      • Domestic exchanges ship back to us free of charge but due to the increased costs in shipping, a $7.95 fee will be assessed for returns. This will be deducted from your refund.
      • If reusing the packaging that the corset arrived in you must turn the bag inside out or it will be returned to you by the carrier
      • Corsets received with signs of wear or damage will be assessed a 20% restocking fee of the regular, full price of the corset (either deducted from your refund or collected before we ship your exchange), or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.
      • Returned items that have been denied approval will either be processed, and assessed the 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of return shipping, or upon request, returned to the sender who will be then charged for shipping both ways.
      • Corsets returned with missing or cut laces but in otherwise new condition will be charged a flat $10 restocking fee.
      • If a corset(s) is/are returned and the two for 25% off code was used for the purchase, the credit will reflect 12.5% off, if a single corset is kept.
      • If you need to return a corset purchased on a Buy 1 Get 1 x% off sale Please reach out to customer service as our returns poral is not capable of processing these returns. Our team will gladly help you.
      • Be sure to keep your proof of shipping or tracking number for your return.  You will need to provide it if we do not receive your package.
      • We will send you a payment request via email for any price difference. For your security, please do not mail checks, cash, credit card information, or money orders with your returns!
      • If the price discrepancy is +/- $3.00 we will not charge you nor refund the difference.
      • Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return/exchange.
      • Any orders placed using Klarna at checkout cannot be exchanged. We will refund and you will then need to place a new order.

      • International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please consult a sizing expert or use our corset calculator before completing your purchase. 
      • Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Orchard Corset.
      • Items with a panty are not able to be returned for sanitary reasons.
      • Laces are made to order and may not be returned.
      Tips for trying on your corset to keep it in “new” condition:
      • Wear a tank top or camisole under your corset to prevent oils, lotions and deodorants from transferring to the garment
      • Keep pets away to avoid animal hair on garment
      • Don’t overtighten while trying on your corset as this will begin the break-in process and show wear on the corset (and warp the boning if the corset is ill-fitting)
