      Purchasing or just received your new corset?  We want you to love it!

      We always offer free domestic shipping on new purchases and our:

      30-DAY NO HASSLE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      If, for any reason, you need to exchange or refund your purchase, here's how…

      Domestic Returns: (Click here for International Return instructions)

      • For returns within the United States, we now cover shipping both ways for your first return/exchange.** Please visit our online Domestic Return & Exchange Center and fill out the web form.
      • You will need your order number and the shipping zip code associated with your order. Please contact Customer Service if you cannot find your invoice.
      • If reusing the packaging that the corset arrived in you must turn the bag inside out or it will be returned to you by the carrier
      • Once you’ve selected the item(s) you want to return, you’ll be prompted to print your return label. If you are not able to print at that time, please contact Customer Service and they can email your return label to you so you can print it later.
      • Please be sure to include your invoice or another sheet of paper with your name and order number on it in the package with your return. If you want to exchange your item, please also write the style, size, fabric, and color of the item you would like to receive on that sheet of paper as well. If no exchange instructions are included in your return package, it will be processed as a refund.
      • Be sure to keep your proof of shipping or tracking number for your return.  You will need to provide it if we do not receive your package.
      • Any orders placed using Klarna at checkout cannot be exchanged. We will refund and you will then need to place a new order.

      • **We are unable to do free returns for APO/FPO customers outside of the US.  We will extend a $10.00 credit on their next purchase/exchange.
      • Please note:  Refused or unclaimed packages will be subject to a $35 fee which will be deducted from your refund.

      International Returns:

      • Please visit our online International Return & Exchange Center and fill out the web form.
      • You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order. Please contact Customer Service if you cannot find your invoice.
      • Once you submit the return form online, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Print that email and include it with your item(s). If you are unable to print the email, please include your invoice or order number so we may process your return/exchange.
      • If reusing the packaging that the corset arrived in you must turn the bag inside out or it will be returned to you by the carrier
      • If you know what item you would like to receive for an exchange, please include that in the return notes (found on the online return form), or write it on your invoice or another sheet of paper along with your name and order number.
      • If no exchange instructions are included in your return package, it will be processed as a refund. 
      • International customers are responsible for the cost of both return and exchange shipping. We recommend using the most cost-effective, trackable method possible for your return shipment. Please retain tracking information until your package has been processed by our Returns department.

      RETURN RESTRICTIONS:

      • Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Orchard Corset.
      • Corsets received with signs of wear or damage will be assessed a 20% restocking fee of the regular, full price of the corset (either deducted from your refund or collected before we ship your exchange), or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.
      • Returned items that have been denied approval will either be processed, and assessed the 20% restocking fee as well as the cost of return shipping, or upon request, returned to the sender who will be then charged for shipping both ways.
      • Items returned over 30 days after purchase will be offered a gift certificate minus a 20% restocking fee (of full retail price).
      • Items returned over 90 days after purchase will not be accepted for either a refund or a gift certificate.
      • Items with a panty are not able to be returned for sanitary reasons.
      • Laces are made to order and may not be returned.
      • Due to VAT sale restrictions, UK customers eligible for refunds only on returns.
