      If, for any reason, you need to exchange or refund your purchase, here's how…

      HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
      • Visit our online Return & Exchange Center and fill out the web form.
      • You will need your order number and email address associated with your order. Please contact Customer Service if you cannot find your invoice.
      • Once you submit the return form online, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Print that email and include it with your item(s). If you are unable to print the email, please include your invoice or order number so we may process your return/exchange.
      • If you know what item you would like to receive for an exchange, please include that in the return notes (found on the online return form).
      • You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us, but if you are in the United States, we will ship out your first exchange free of charge. (*International customers are responsible for shipping both directions.) We recommend using the most cost-effective trackable method for your return shipment. Please retain tracking information until your package has been processed by our Returns department.

      30-DAY NO HASSLE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

      We work hard to deliver the best Off the Rack corsets available to our customers, but sometimes for various reasons the corset just doesn’t work.

      Our goal is for you to be happy with your purchase and we have the best customer service here to help you with your return or exchange.

      • Please be sure to reach out to Customer Service first if you have any questions about the fit of your corset!
      • All corsets must be returned in their new, original condition.
      • You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us, but if you are in the United States, we will ship out your first exchange free of charge.
      • Corsets received with signs of wear or damage will be assessed a 25% restocking fee (either deducted from your refund or collected before we ship your exchange), or if in poor condition may not qualify for a return.
      • Corsets returned without laces but in otherwise new condition will be charged a flat $10 restocking fee.
      • We will send you a payment request via email for any price difference. For your security, please do not mail checks, cash, credit card information, or money orders with your returns!
      • If the price discrepancy is +/- $3.00 we will not charge you nor refund the difference.
      • Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return/exchange.
      • Any orders placed using Klarna at checkout cannot be exchanged. We will refund and you will then need to place a new order.
      • A second exchange on the same order will result in a shipping cost back to you between $7-$10.
      • International customers will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please consult a sizing expert or use our corset calculator before completing your purchase.
      RETURN RESTRICTIONS:
      • Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Orchard Corset.
      • Items returned over 30 days after purchase will be offered a gift certificate minus a 25% restocking fee (of full retail price).
      • Items returned over 90 days after purchase will not be accepted for either a refund or a gift certificate.
      • Items with a panty are not able to be returned for sanitary reasons.
      • Laces are made to order and may not be returned.
