Guidelines for purchasing from Orchard Corset wholesale for distribution.

Minimum order requirements

The minimum order requirement to qualify for wholesale pricing as a distributor is $500 per order. There are currently no minimum order requirements per year unless the inquiring party is requesting exclusivity.

Exclusivity

To have exclusive distribution rights in a specific country we require a minimum number of orders per year. This number depends on a number of variables and will be determined by Orchard Corset and the inquiring party.

Payment and taxes

Payment is due at order processing.

Wholesale prices

Orchard Corset will review the wholesale discounts 1st January and 1st July each year . We reserve the right to change the wholesale discounts list at these times.

Returns and exchanges

No returns or exchanges will be accepted on international orders.

Guarantee

Orchard Corset will work with clients to replace any defective corsets. Please contact our customer service department and have photos ready of the defective items as you will need to provide this.

Descriptions and images

Any client ordering from our warehouse is welcome to use our descriptions and images, these can be obtained by emailing info@orchardcorset.com and our marketing team will reach out to you. UGC is not transferable to third parties and cannot be used unless the distributor has written permission from the customer. We take the rights of our customers very seriously and violation of this rule will result in termination of any agreement.

Shipping

If shipping to a US forwarding service the shipping to the forwarding service is free in the US. Distributors are then responsible for arranging and paying for the international portion of the shipping. If shipping internationally, costs will be calculated based on the weight of the order and the shipping destination of the order.
