Waist Cincher is better than a corset if you want to breathe Compared to a corset this is great. It is tight enough to really hold in my waist and stomach, but it does not constrict my ribs at all, so I can breathe, which I could not with a corset. It does push any fat up or down so it is probably not a good idea to get one that is too tight. The top and bottom stay put; they do not roll over.
