Totally adjustable 5-hoop petticoat slip for gowns, and formal wear. This slip is made of 100% lightweight cotton, and has a ruffle on the bottom. The size of the hoops can easily be reduced to whatever you need, and the hoops are easily removed to wear without hoops, or for washing the garment. The drawstring waist fits from 0 to 42". Bottom circumference is 130 inches, and 47 inches tall.
