If you are a DD cup, you need the next number up. For example, if you are a 38C, you wear a size 38 corset. BUT if you are a 38DD, you wear a size 40 corset. All our corsets are 8 inches smaller in the waist. So if you tummy is a not proportionally smaller than you bust, you may need a larger size corset.
